مجدلاني يطالب بانشاء صندوق اجتماعي خا لتلبية احتياجات 350 ألف عائلة تضررت جراء العداون المستمر على قطاع غزة
القاهرة –رام الله / طالب وزير التنمية الاجتماعية د. أحمد مجدلاني بانشاء صندوق اجتماعي خاص من أجل تلبية احتياجات 350 ألف عائلة تضررت بشكل مباشر جراء العداون المستمر على قطاع غزة منذ 75 يوماً للعدوان و يُعتمد الصندوق بشكل رسمي تحت مظلة الجامعة العربية وقطاع الشؤون الاجتماعية كما يعنى بتوفير المساعدات لكبار السن والاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة والاسر المتضررة ذلك من أجل التخفيف من معاناتهم مؤكداً أن انشاء الصندوق يساهم في توفير مقومات الحياة للمواطنين.
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع مجلس وزراء الشؤون الاجتماعية العرب في دورتة الثالثة والاربعين التي ترأستها وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي المصري د. نيفين القباج والذي عقد في العاصمة المصرية القاهرة بمشاركة الأمين العام المساعد ورئيس قطاع الشؤون الاجتماعية في الجامعة العربية د .هيفاء أبو غزالة والوزير المفوض طارق النابلسي ووزار الشؤون الاجتماعية العرب.
وشدد الوزير على ضرورة الضغط من أجل زيادة عدد الشاحنات المحملة بالمواد الاغاثية والطبية والوقود سيما ان ما يدخل لا يشكل ٣٠% من البضائع والسلع التي كانت تدخل في الايام الاعتياديه كما لفت إلى أن الوزارة وضعت خطة استجابه يتم تحديثها بالاضرار والاحتياجات وطبيعة التدخلات والغلاف المالي داعيا الاشقاء العرب دعم خطة الاستجابه والمساعدة في تلبية الاحتياجات وتعظيم المساعدة والدعم بما يتلائم مع حجم المأساه والاوضاع الكارثية التي يعاني منها أبناء شعبنا جراء العدوان الاسرائيلي الغاشم لتعزيز صمودهم ومنع التهجير الجماعي القسري أو الهجرة الطوعية .
وقال " كان واضحا منذ اليوم الأول للعدوان على القطاع ان الاحتلال يهدف إلى جعل غزة غير قابلة للحياة وذلك ما جرى بالفعل حيث دمر العدوان البنية التحتية التي أنشاها شعبنا منذ 100 عام كما دمر العدوان حوالي 263 ألف وحدة سكنية منها 52 ألف وحدة مسحت بالكامل كما شطبت عائلات من السجل المدني واخرج العدوان 70% من المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية عن العمل كذلك انهار نظام وقطاع الحماية الاجتماعية وبات مليون و 800 ألف من سكان القطاع نازحين مكدسين في مناطق الجنوب منهم مليون نازح يتكدسون في 149 مدرسة والباقي في موزعين على مراكز ايواء أخرى ناهيك عن عدد الشهداء والجرحى الذي يتصاعد يومياً."
وتابع" نؤكد على وحدة أرضنا وشعبنا وكذلك القرار السياسي الفلسطيني بقيادة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية الممثل الشرعي للشعب الفلسطيني، كما نرفض اعادة احتلال قطاع غزة او أي جزء من ارضنا الفلسطينية في الضفة والاماكن المقدسة التي تتعرض لعدوان وحشي حيث جرى تهجير 16 تجمع بدوي في جنوب الخليل والاغوار ناهيك عن فرض الاغلاق الشامل بين القرى والمدن الفلسطينية حيث ارتفع عدد الحواجز السواتر الترابية التي تفصل مناطق الضفة من 154 إلى 660 مما أدى إلى تعطل الحياة وتراجع الناتج المحلي."
واشار مجدلاني إلى أن القيادة السياسية الفلسطينية تحركت منذ اليوم الأول مع كل الأشقاء والأصدقاء وحتى الدول التي تدعم العدوان من أجل وقف العدوان وجرائم الابادة الجماعية والعقزبات الجماعية والتهجير القسري داخل غزة لدفع المواطنين للهجرة الخارج وكذلك فتح المعابر لادخال المساعدات الانسانية.
وفي ختام كلمته أشاد الوزير بدور مصر الحكومةً وشعباً على دعمهم أبناء شعبنا مشددا على الدور المحوري للهلال الأحمر المصري لادخال المساعدات الانسانيه والطبيه والاغاثيه سواء من خلال الدعم المباشر او التنسيق للمساعدات الوارده الى معبر رفح مثمنا دور زيرة التضامن المصري د. نيفين القباج كمسؤول للهلال الأحمر المصري.

MoSD Participates in the Opening of Dr. Imran Development Building and Al-Na’ma Charitable Development Association Headquarters in Kufr Ni’ma
Ramallah – Minister of Social Development and Minister of State for Relief Affairs, Dr. Samah Hamad, participated in the opening of the “Dr. Imran Development Building” and the headquarters of Al-Na’ma Charitable Development Association in the town of Kufr Ni’ma in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. The event was attended by the Head of Kufr Ni’ma Village Council, the President of Al-Na’ma Charitable Development Association, Fathi Ali Attaya, members of the administrative board, a number of dignitaries, and residents of the town. During her speech, Dr. Hamad stressed the importance of the role played by community institutions in strengthening national resilience and expanding the umbrella of social protection. She praised local initiatives that stem from the spirit of solidarity and volunteerism to serve the most vulnerable groups. Dr. Hamad also commended the efforts made to utilize the building and transform it into a developmental space that serves the residents of the town, affirming that this project represents a model of responsible community work based on sustainability and service to citizens. She emphasized that the humanitarian and living conditions faced by the Palestinian people, whether in the Gaza Strip or in the northern governorates of the West Bank, require strengthening civil and developmental work, pointing to the difficult circumstances citizens are enduring amid the current situation, the financial blockade, and the increasing numbers of displaced and affected families. She stated that the Ministry continues its work in providing social protection for the most vulnerable groups through a comprehensive system of services that includes relief efforts, child protection, women’s protection, and services for persons with disabilities and older persons, within an approach based on protection, care, and ultimately empowerment. Dr. Hamad stressed that the presence of active civil society institutions, such as Al-Na’ma Charitable Development Association, enhances the ability of Palestinian society to remain resilient and provide services to citizens. She called for investment in education and employment as two essential pillars for strengthening the resilience of the Palestinian people and empowering them economically and socially. She also noted that the Ministry, through the National Social Registry, continues to monitor the conditions of the most vulnerable families, explaining that nearly 85% of families in the Gaza Strip are now living in conditions of vulnerability due to the severe humanitarian situation. For its part, Al-Na’ma Charitable Development Association affirmed its continued implementation of developmental and social programs, particularly in supporting university students and underprivileged families, in line with its mission to strengthen solidarity and community protection within the town.
