Citizen Guide
It is the first of its kind guide issued by the Ministry, which includes a range of interventions it provides, including its services from A to Z. It details how every citizen can obtain any service from the Ministry of Social Development, step by step. This is in line with the Basic Law, which guarantees every citizen’s right to access information in an easy and accessible manner. The issuance of this guide comes in accordance with the Ministry’s commitment to citizens' right to access information, a right guaranteed by the Basic Law. It adopts the Social Registry and Case Management as a methodology for managing social interventions.
