MoSD Visits Children Khaled and Mustafa Bani Odeh in Tammun
Tubas – In light of the ongoing crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people, leaving behind bereaved families and children who have lost their parents, and in implementation of the directives of Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa to ensure full care for the children of martyrs and their families, the Minister of Social Development and Acting Minister of State for Relief Affairs, Dr. Samah Hamad, accompanied by the ministerial delegation, visited the two children Khaled and Mustafa in the town of Tammun in the Tubas and Northern Jordan Valley Governorate. The two children lost members of their family as a result of the occupation’s recent attacks.
During the solidarity visit, the Minister, along with the Governor and the Ministry’s Undersecretary Mr. Taha Al-Irani, and the accompanying delegation, reviewed the children’s conditions and needs. She provided them with relief parcels and in-kind assistance, affirming that, based on the Prime Minister’s directives, the children will be enrolled for sponsorship and their needs will be secured through the Ministry’s specialized programs, as part of the national campaign “No Orphan Will Remain Without Sponsorship in Palestine.”
The national campaign “No Orphan in Palestine Will Remain Without Sponsorship,” implemented by the Ministry of Social Development, aims to reach all children without family support across all governorates of Palestine, provide them with essential social, psychological, and educational services, and ensure their sponsorship and needs in a way that guarantees them a dignified life and a more stable future.
