During the meeting, participants discussed the methodology for developing the law, which includes identifying existing gaps, setting legislative priorities, and drafting advanced legal provisions that are practically applicable. They also emphasized the importance of incorporating a clear implementation framework with flexibility in procedural details, and of assessing the financial impact of implementing the law prior to its adoption, to ensure sustainability.
The participants affirmed that developing the law is not limited to formal amendments, but rather includes the formulation of public policies and practical mechanisms that translate rights into a tangible reality for citizens. It was agreed to continue the technical work and review feedback from official bodies before moving to the final drafting of the law.
