Social Development Ministry Honors Beitunia Mayor and Council Member for Supporting the Protection Center

Ramallah – Sunday, November 10, 2024 – The Ministry of Social Development honored the Mayor of Beitunia, Mr. Shaker Lutfi Dawla, and Council Member Ms. Nada Harish during a meeting with the Director General of the Social Development Directorate – Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Mr. Emad Omran. The meeting was attended by Ms. Heba Jebayat, Head of the Women's Unit; Mr. Ashraf Barghouthi, Director General of Financial Affairs; and Ms. Ruba Barghouthi, Director of the Beitunia Protection Center.

The discussions focused on strengthening joint cooperation, and greetings were conveyed on behalf of Minister Dr. Samah Hamad to the Mayor and all municipal staff for their support of the Protection Center.

The Mayor expressed appreciation for the role of the Ministry of Social Development in serving marginalized and vulnerable groups.
