The Ministry provides a package of interventions for poor families and marginalized groups, including cash assistance for poor families, orphans, persons with disabilities, and affected farmers. It also offers food assistance, housing renovation aid, temporary employment programs, and care and rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities, the elderly, children, and women. Additionally, it provides health insurance and economic empowerment programs.

The Ministry operates in partnership with various stakeholders, including local communities, official institutions, the private sector, and local organizations, as part of its social responsibility towards marginalized groups in Palestinian society. This is achieved through building the social registry, adopting a comprehensive case management approach, and developing, enhancing, and supporting the national social referral system.
